Job Description



Responsibilities:

  • Set up and hand-load raw materials on CNC machines per job specifications
  • Maintain production levels at or above established standard rates
  • Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments independently or with supervision
  • Track tool wear and assist with tool changes and replacements
  • Perform accurate inspections using CMMs, dial indicators, thread gauges, and other precision tools
  • Record inspection and job data accurately within ERP or shop systems
  • Complete post-machining finishing work including deburring, polishing, and chamfering
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Participate in inventories and special projects as required

The Successful Applicant



Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience in a production environment
  • Strong experience with CNC mills (horizontal and vertical); CNC lathe experience is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy
  • Comfortable using inspection equipment and interpreting measurements
  • Basic computer and ERP system proficiency
  • Strong understanding of safety practices and standard operating procedures
