Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Set up and hand-load raw materials on CNC machines per job specifications
- Maintain production levels at or above established standard rates
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments independently or with supervision
- Track tool wear and assist with tool changes and replacements
- Perform accurate inspections using CMMs, dial indicators, thread gauges, and other precision tools
- Record inspection and job data accurately within ERP or shop systems
- Complete post-machining finishing work including deburring, polishing, and chamfering
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Participate in inventories and special projects as required

The Successful Applicant
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience in a production environment
- Strong experience with CNC mills (horizontal and vertical); CNC lathe experience is a plus
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy
- Comfortable using inspection equipment and interpreting measurements
- Basic computer and ERP system proficiency
- Strong understanding of safety practices and standard operating procedures
