Our dining services deliver a comprehensive campus dining program that supports the health, wellness, and academic success of the Merrimack community. This Registered Dietitian will support our dining halls, retail operations and division I athletics by serving as the subject matter expert and thought leader. Previous university experience is required - What You'll Do Act as the primary liaison between students, families, and dining/culinary teams for dietary accommodations. Partner with athletics to provide performance-based nutrition education and support. Support menu planning and retail offerings aligned with athletic performance and recovery needs. Collaborate with culinary teams on menu development, recipe analysis, and ingredient review. Ensure compliance with Sodexo standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations. Assist in evaluating and enhancing dining programs to improve student satisfaction and participation. Plan and execute nutrition tabling events, wellness campaigns, and campus outreach programs. Develop educational materials, signage, and digital content to promote healthy eating behavior. Massachusetts state Licensure required (LDN)Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field (Master's preferred)Experience in foodservice, campus dining, or sports nutrition strongly preferred.
