Maintenance Manager (Hotel Engineering)
Full-Time | Flexible Schedule
What You’ll Do
- Oversee hotel building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration)
- Manage preventative maintenance programs
- Ensure safety and OSHA compliance
- Lead and schedule the engineering team
- Manage budgets and capital projects
- Maintain property standards and equipment
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years as a Maintenance Manager or Chief Engineer (hotel preferred)
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Understanding of OSHA and building codes
- Leadership and team development experience
- Flexible schedule availability
- Ability to pass background check
