We are seeking a Project Administrator to join our Pathology Support team at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC)!The Project Administrator supports the successful delivery of projects by helping leaders plan, execute, monitor, and close key initiatives. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Job Description:
What You’ll Do
- Partner with project sponsors to define scope, goals, success criteria, and assumptions
- Develop and implement clear, effective communication strategies
- Create engaging presentations that inform and influence stakeholders
- Identify project resources and key stakeholders
- Facilitate team participation and process documentation
- Manage multiple projects and competing deadlines with strong organization
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–3 years of related experience required
- Includes 2 years of progressively responsible work in project management and/or business administration
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based tools
(Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)- Ability to create complex documents, perform analysis, and maintain databases

- Additional project management training
- Experience in healthcare or academic environments

Pay Range:
$62,000.00 USD - $92,000.00 USDThe pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
