About the Role:

Seeking an experienced CNC Manufacturing Engineer to develop advanced machining processes across a diverse range of materials and regulated industries. This role is responsible for creating optimized CNC programs, validating production processes, and ensuring repeatable, high-precision manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

& Create, optimize, and validate CNC programs using CAD/CAM systems.

& Engineer toolpaths for complex geometries and multi-axis machining.

& Apply cutting dynamics, chip load control, heat management, and tolerance principles.

& Develop machining strategies for aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, superalloys, plastics, and non-ferrous metals.

& Define tooling, fixtures, workholding, feeds/speeds, and engagement parameters.

& Validate parts using precision metrology and CMM equipment.

& Lead continuous improvement efforts and support NPI projects.

Required Qualifications:

& AS or BS in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience.

& 5 years CNC machining/programming experience.

& Strong CAD/CAM experience and GD&T; mastery.

& Deep understanding of material behavior, tool wear, and machining theory.
