What you are responsible for:

  • Own global delivery of Middle Office product implementations for Alpha, leading multi-regional teams across core vertical practice areas including Account Services, Cash Services, Front Office Support, Trade Lifecycle Management, Investment Accounting, Corporate Actions, Collateral Management, and Performance for asset managers and asset owners.

  • Design and execute operating models that translate sold Alpha platform capabilities and services into operationally sound middle-office solutions aligned with State Street’s defined market practices and control frameworks.

  • Act as the primary execution interface to Product and Technology, shaping functional requirements and integration needs based on real-world client implementations and regulatory, asset-class, and market-structure complexity.

  • Ensure delivery discipline, operational readiness, and risk mitigation across complex, multi-asset implementations, meeting contractual commitments while maintaining service quality, resilience, and regulatory compliance.

  • Build and lead a global implementation organization, developing senior talent, standardizing delivery governance, and scaling execution capacity to support Alpha client growth and geographic expansion.

  • Assume enterprise accountability for Alpha implementation strategy, expanding beyond delivery into the definition, standardization, and governance of how middle-office products and services are industrialized, deployed, and scaled globally.

  • Lead a significantly expanded global organization, growing from ~100 professionals to nearly 200 employees, while owning cross-practice vertical and horizontal functions, including:

    • Vertical Practices: All existing Middle Office practices plus Complex Instruments (OTCs and Bank Loans), extending Product Implementations' capability to support high-complexity, high-value asset classes under a standardized framework.

    • Horizontal Functions: Environment Strategy (technology environments, platform sequencing, and integration readiness), Business Integration (external market connectivity with custodians, counterparties, and third-party data providers), Workstream Project Management, and Alpha Implementation Standards & Best Practices.

  • Set firmwide Alpha implementation standards that influence what is sold, partnering with Sales, Product, and Solutions to shape commercially viable offerings aligned to platform maturity, operational feasibility, regulatory readiness, and repeatable delivery models.

  • Act as an enterprise connector across Product, Technology, Operations, and market infrastructure, reducing duplication, accelerating onboarding, and driving implementation cost efficiencies through standardization, reuse, and disciplined execution governance.

  • Drive ROI realization and value capture for Alpha implementations, ensuring platform investments and client implementations deliver measurable outcomes including faster time-to-value, lower cost-to-serve, improved operational leverage, and sustainable margin expansion—supported by AI-enabled transformation of implementation and operating models.
