The Department of Epidemiology is seeking a Research Data Analyst who will analyze data from large observational data from the All of Us project, including self-report data from questionnaire surveys, linked with electronic health records and behavioral data from wearable devices. The Research Data Analyst will conduct data analysis and assist other research team members (students, staff, and investigators) with their analyses and manuscripts.

Duties will involve:

  • Performing statistical analyses (descriptive statistics, regression analyses) and creating publication-ready reproducible tables and figures using R.
  • Perform data management, including extraction and cleaning of raw data, derivation of new variables, labelling and formatting of raw and derived variables, and multiple imputation.
  • Document processes involved in data preparation, manipulation, and statistical analysis.
  • Maintain and update research databases to facilitate accurate and up-to-date statistical analyses.
  • Prepare study results for inclusion in conference presentations, grants, and scientific publications.

Required Skills
  • Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of data analysis experience.
