This is a strong opportunity for an attorney seeking hands-on experience across a broad range of litigation matters, with meaningful client interaction and a clear path for professional growth.


Position: Litigation Associate Attorney (3&-6 Years)

About the Role

This role offers exposure to a diverse litigation practice, including commercial, employment, municipal, insurance defense, and personal injury matters. Attorneys will work closely with clients and partners while developing case strategy and managing matters through all phases of litigation.


Responsibilities

  • Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution
  • Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and legal briefs
  • Conduct depositions, discovery, and case strategy development
  • Appear in court for hearings and proceedings
  • Prepare for trial, arbitration, and mediation
  • Communicate directly with clients and provide strategic guidance
  • Assist with risk analysis and development of client policies

Qualifications

  • 3&-6 years of general litigation experience
  • Strong background in motion practice, discovery, and depositions
  • Trial experience or strong interest in litigation preferred
  • Excellent writing, research, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
  • State bar admission required
