About the Company

The company is a highly respected General Contractor and Construction Management firm. With a strong financial foundation, a collaborative culture, and a clear strategic growth plan, the company is expanding its footprint in water and wastewater infrastructure. About the Position

This is a hands-on field leadership role for a high-performing Superintendent who thrives on driving execution, building strong subcontractor relationships, and delivering complex infrastructure projects.

You will lead day-to-day construction operations on water and wastewater treatment facility projects (and occasionally commercial projects), ensuring work is planned, coordinated, and executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership in the field, influence outcomes directly, and grow within a company committed to long-term career development.
