Job Summary

Essential Functions:

- Triages incoming inquiries in various mediums, while providing assistance to walk-ins and telephone inquiries.

- Meets and greets patients and their families, providing individualized attention to patients’ needs.

- Performs patient registration, ensuring accuracy of international demographics and financial data elements in the Hospital registration systems

- Assist with special projects, including research and collecting data and interviews regarding national and international health providers.

- Assists with data analysis for metrics.

- Sends out routine communication emails in regard to visitors

- All other duties as assigned


Qualifications

    Education

    • High School Diploma required

    • Currently enrolled in college-level coursework.

    Skills/Abilities/Competencies Required:

    • Possesses excellent interpersonal skills to assist both internal and external partners and potential partners.

    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and the ability to sustain ongoing relationships with colleagues and to work collaboratively as a member of a team.

    • Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail and adhering to deadlines.

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    • Must be able to protect the privacy of individuals and the confidentiality of employee and applicant information.

    • Must be proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel Outlook, and PowerPoint.

    • Ability to work well independently or with others.

    • Requires the ability to remain flexible to handle and prioritize work from various department staff.

    Working Schedule:

    • Onsite, 55 Fruit Street, Boston MA.

    • 12-40 hours/week. Start date as soon as possible
