Reporting to the Director, Global Benefits, you’ll support the day-to-day administration of our health, welfare, retirement, well-being, and leave programs. Your work will directly enhance employee experience and help ensure our programs run with accuracy, care, and heart.

Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro’s new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday –Thursday at Hasbro’s HQ in Pawtucket, RI or at Hasbro’s temporary location in Boston, MA.

What You’ll Do:

Retirement Plans

  • Support accurate tracking, reconciliation, and audit readiness across all retirement plans.
  • Coordinate the funding of employee and employer contributions, partnering closely with Payroll and recordkeepers.
  • Support vendor updates, file maintenance, and help resolve escalations and payroll deduction inquiries.

Health & Welfare Plans

  • Partner with multiple vendors to resolve eligibility, enrollment, and claims escalations with empathy and efficiency.
  • Support Open Enrollment and annual renewals, including testing system updates and validating payroll deductions.
  • Process invoices and manage manual enrollments when needed.

Leave Administration

  • Support accommodations and leave processes while collaborating with managers, HR, Legal, and other internal partners.
  • Coordinate with payroll to ensure employees are paid accurately during leave and coordinate state benefit offsets.
  • Maintain positive relationships with employees, vendors, and internal stakeholders, escalating to Legal when appropriate.

Policies & Procedures

  • Review, recommend, and update benefits policies and procedures to ensure alignment with evolving company and employee needs.

Other Responsibilities

  • Jump in where needed — supporting new initiatives and team projects that enhance our Total Rewards strategy.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 1 year of experience across Health & Welfare and Retirement programs.
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office; experience with SuccessFactors is a plus.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Excellent time-management skills — able to prioritize, stay organized, and navigate ambiguity.
  • A collaborative, service-oriented mindset and the ability to build positive relationships across teams.
  • A passion for delivering an exceptional employee experience.

The base salary range for this position is $26.40 to $39.50. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
